In 1983, Dave Brun started Dave’s Towing and eventually incorporated as Dave’s Towing Specialists Inc. in 1990. During this time, Dave performed all kinds of specialized towing, including recovering large trucks and moving other equipment. In the late ‘80s, Dave discovered he liked the challenge of moving things without wheels; which led to transporting generators and compressors, switchgear, transformers, air-handling systems, pumps and motors; but mostly power systems equipment. In 2007, Dave moved away from towing and focused on transporting, rigging, swapping out and placing specialized power systems and equipment. In January 2010, Dave changed the company name once more to Logistics for Power Systems.
